Having had a Kodiaq, two Karoqs and three Yetis, I would concur with their comments.

I forwarded that Honest John page to my grandson who is a car salesman at the Ford agents in Wigston. I begged his forgiveness for gloating about Skoda. His boss once said to him, we'll have to get your grandad out of a Skoda and into a Ford. Grandson replied, "Aeronautical pigs will be seen before that happens!" He's a good lad!

Whilst not wishing to cast aspersions on your grandson, I'm not sure that "good lad" and "car salesman" should be in the same statement :o

Charming! I stated off at 17, as a 'grease monkey' in a garage.Does that make it better or worse? i ended up doing 21 years with Shell U.K. ending up as a Product Development Manager. Is that better?

OK, we can forgive the "car salesman" episode of your career. We all have regrettable mistakes in our past, me more so than most. ☺️

Also four Skodas in the top ten "Most satisfying cars to drive". Superb Estate, Kodiaq, Superb hatch and Octavia hatch. Pointed that out to my grandson as well. 😄😄😄
