Have you tried flipping the boot floor over so the hard plastic side is face up?

I think the ridges on the mat are there to stop it sliding about. With 60Kg of dog jumping in and out it doesn't work!!

cut a sheet of plastic/ rubber to size and put it underneath. I've got one and the main aim is to stop rubbish, dust, sand and mud getting into the bottom boot area or ingrained into the carpet.

Hi all
I bought a bootliner from amazon

It has a pattern on underside. When you put heavy items (not that heavy eg 8 pack of 2 litre bottles of drink) on it it indents the floor. Tends to be the front of the boot floor where there is the removable panel. Panel Seems to be made of soft wood.
Has anyone else experienced this ?
Does anyone have a bootliner they are happy with which is flat on the underside and doesnt leave indentations ? Thanks.
I've got this and delighted with it...

Alan - it says dimensions are 99.9 by 89.7 but i measured my boot and it is approx 105 by 100 (7 seat with spare wheel). Does this fit your car well ? Thamks

Sorry, I've been away for a few days and just saw this message and your pm. I've replied to that separately but incase anyone else is interested the bot mat/liner I bought was for my 5 seater Kodiaq and fits perfectly.
