No wheel wrench or jack with my SE L either, just the dreaded squirty stuff. The boot dividers came with my car.
I've since bought a new space saver wheel, wrench and a jack as a package and made myself a false boot floor to keep them under.
Where did you purchase the package from?
Ordered 20.7.18 delivery 1.3.19
Black magic 2.0tsi SEL 7 Seats 190 4x4 dsg
Beige heated leather front & rear
Heated steering wheel, Folding tables, Reverse camera, Remote folding rear seats, 19" Black Gloss Triglav alloys

I can't find the purchase details. I thought I'd found it on E bay but I can't find it in my buying history.

However, I saved the phone number in my phone, which is 07836717171. I'm pretty sure the company is called The Spare Wheel shop and the proprietors name is Jim. He was a top bloke and he had the package wrapped and sent immediately. Give him a ring and I'm sure he'll sort you out as long as he has what you need in stock. From memory, the whole package was £150.

Be aware that when buying a jack that wasn't meant for a car with a high ground clearance such as Kodiaq, it might struggle to lift the car high enough. Jim did explain this when I phoned him before buying, so to that end, I carry a small block of wood in the spare wheel well in case it's needed.

Whilst I'm sure they'll be fine, these aren't the company I used. I did see this one at the time but the one I used was a bit cheaper and the price I paid included postage.

The plastic/ Velcro boot fixings are available for a tenner here, or local dealer might be cheaper. I bought another two as they’re so handy.
