Wireless charging

Post by Freshid » Wed Jun 12, 2019 6:30 am

Wireless charging appears to have stopped working in my bear. I am to recall that this was an issue related to a product recall. Does anyone know if it could have been disabled via software updates?
Further anyone know if Skoda are going to fix it?

I thought he recall was more to do with the signal booster, which is part of the wireless charging box, not sure if that means wireless charging wont work though.

That's what i thought. I know wireless charging is working on my device so it's possible it's just failed rather than an "over the air" update to the entertainment system took it out. The dealer did have the car once after we got it to fit door protectors which were missing but otherwise it's not been anywhere where they could disable it.

Mine still works and its been serviced a couple of times.
It's a 'Kodiaq' and not a 'Bear' unless you are 5 years old.
