Sportsline 4x4 petrol...engine size?

Post by Mamapetrolhead » Tue Feb 12, 2019 10:21 am

What have ppl gone for?

We prefer the look of the Sportsline but not sure we need 2.0litre 4x4 petrol. Is it a contradiction to go for the 1.5l?

I note the sportier VRS was only launched as a diesel this year and prices start at over £40k so will attract higher tax rates. Could it therefore be the case that the 2.0litre 4x4 petrol sportsline straddles this part of the market and will be in demand in the future?

Thanks

People here seem to find the 1.5 to be okay, bar the ‘kangaroo’ issue that you can read. However, it’s hard for us to recommend an engine to you; various factors including mileage and driving style will dictate your engine choice. It’s best for you to test drive a selection of engines to make your final decision.

As above try and test drive both engines and pick the one the suits your requirements/ needs.
Candy White 2.0 TSi SE L 7 seat. Heated windscreen/ nozzles, kids pack, front rear parking sensors, reversing camera and spare wheel, Milotec rear bumper inserts.
And for the winter months: 17” Black alloys with 215x65x17 Nokian WR SUV3 winter tyres.
