Hello from Shropshire

Post by Nfb » Fri Jan 25, 2019 9:58 am

Hi All,
Took delivery of my Kodiaq Edition 2.0 190 DSG in quartz grey this week. Having been a Land Rover owner for many years have decided to take the plunge due to the serious lack of reliability from the current LR range. Really pleased with my choice so far only niggle is Skoda Connect. Having set up a user and obtained a registration code can’t get the car to register. Have been back to the dealership and 4 people - Salesman, his boss, Service Manager and Technician have been through the set up process with me (‘because I must be doing something wrong’) but to no avail. Car goes back into the dealership next Monday to try and sort it. i’ve seen from the forum that several folks have had similar troubles and have tried all the suggestions but nothing has worked. It looks to me like an issue with Skoda servers not responding. Any updates anyone?

Welcome to the forum Nfb,
Sorry to hear of your problems, with which I cannot help I'm afraid.
Being retired I didn't bother to connect it, nor the Karoq.
