Just had a phone call from head office, no movement on parts yet.
Given that Skoda factory closes for 2-3 weeks next month, that means slim chance of the parts getting despatched and at least another 3 weeks delay.

At this point in time, severely regretting that I chose the Kodiaq. :(
I so should have stuck to my guns and ordered a Superb, I was swayed by going for something different to my past vehicle selections, but I can tell you its my fourth brand new Skoda, and it will be my last.
I am so annoyed, I am even thinking of changing it after my Hols in August and taking a large financial hit :(

Got the call today to say the door panels were in.
Went to have a look see, two OK, one borderline and one unacceptable, seems they still are haphazardly assembling the armrests :(
Lets hope the handle squeaking is sorted :|

Not a happy bunny.

What's the latest status of your issue? Is the handle squeaking sorted after door panels replacement?

The door panels are at the service centre, but not yet fitted.
I am booked in for a couple of weeks time for the work.

New door panel cards all round, on the plus side no more creaky handles and a couple of rattle/squeaks over bumps now gone. :)
Replacement clips installed for front wing external lower plastics, and they are good now.
On the negative side, still gaps were the armrests meets the door card :(

Good news. Do handles look different? Or they (Skoda/Service) just sprayed some Krytox lubricant over the handles to silence them (and customer) for some time. ;)

No, they look the same, but apparently there are 2 different assembly types (internally).
The new door cards come with half a handle, and the other half is supplied as a separate part.
I did ask the garage to make sure they had a liberal silicone greasing on fitting the new ones.
