Hi,

Do you know what is the real GVM (as mentioned in the Certificate of Conformity) of the following vehicles:
(1) 2.0 TDI 150 HP DSG FWD 5 seat,
(2) 2.0 TDI 150 HP MAN 4x4 5 seat,
(3) 2.0 TSI 180 HP DSG 4x4 5 seat?

I have to tow a caravan of 1200 kg and I have only a B driving licence. As the total GVA of the car and the caravan should be less than 3500 kg, I'm thinking buying a Kodiaq which has a GVM of less then 2300 kg. The values I found in the official leaflet are (1) 2247 Kg, (2) 2305 kg, and (3) 2295 kg.

Many thanks in advance.

If those are the values published, why do you think you can't use those values?

I have some doubts they are the real ones. The test car I tried (a 7 seat version) had a slightly different GVM than the one mentioned in the leaflet.

Ah, I see. Perhaps owners of the models you list can tell us what the plates say on their cars?
