Hello

I have a 2017 Skoda Kodiaq and the infotainment is not working.

The service centre suggested to replace

PART NUMBER 5Q0 035 864 C

However the estimate cost is too high.

I have a spare part from a Skoda Superb which is working, however the graphics are of the Superb.

I wanted to know if there is any way of coding the software to work with my Kodiaq

is there anyone that has anymore information that could help me please would be much appreciated.

Strange as that part number shows the bit of the infotainment unit that lives in the glovebox, with 2 SD slots in it.
Looks like this:
Grass Laptop accessory Gas Composite material Rectangle

Font Art Gas Technology Signage

So it's not the head unit that would include the graphics.
I'd go back to your dealer and check exactly what it is that needs replacing.
