Dear customers,

let us inform you about planned ŠKODA Connect system maintenance which will take place on June 1, 2017 from 03:00 to 12:00 (UTC+2). In this time we will work on quality improvement of service.

Therefore ŠKODA Connect App and ŠKODA Connect Portal will be temporarily unavailable. Infotainment Online Services available on navigation systems ( Online Traffic Information, Parking Space and Petrol Stations) will be available during the downtime.

We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you a nice day.

Yup, happens with any online service, when upgrades are required.

Hopefully they should not need the whole downtime window,
