Has anyone else had any problems with the App?
Yesterday My car was apparently parked in Mlada Boreslav with 38 miles worth of petrol in it and the doors were unlocked.
It was parked outside my house in Poole with 380 miles worth of petrol and locked.
Simply NOT very clever.
Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it would not let me in. I had all the car details showing, VIN number engine, trans etc but I could not get into the app in spite of putting in my email and password.
When I 'phoned SUK CC I was held on the line while he consulted a 'Connect Specialist' and then as usual I was told to go to my dealer. I pointed out it was a 40 mile round trip and he said that was all he could do.
NOT impressed should be renamed Customer NON service. I feel so sorry for the dealers. The app has nothing to do with them and yet they are expected to solve everything.

Mine has been fine. The only thing it does which is a bit odd is it says the car is parked outside number 10 when there are only 9 houses on our close.

Mine has worked fine since 6th April. Until yesterday. I got lost in some woods & pressed 'honk & flash' to lead me back to the car but was obviously over the 500 metre range so it didn't!
After that it told me the car was in Mlada Bolesslav etc! Now I can't get into the app although the Connect account appears on line with all the correct details.
HELP!

Was on holiday recently. Car was parked up at Gatwick. The connect app misbehaved a few times and said the car was unlocked or could not be found. Then wouldn't let me in. An hour later it was fine. Good news is that I was able to see that the Valet parking co didn't misbehave and use the car whilst we were away.
Also had login issues when the car was parked outside the house.

When I came to register for Skoda Connect on Thursday, there were server problems. On taking to customer services, it was clear their devs were fannying around with something.

do you have to do anything to ensure your car has skoda connect active or should it come from the factory with it activated?

My salesman sorted all that out with me watching in the showroom before I drove it away.

No It has to be set up, preferably by the dealer.
