Anyone noticed a recent sneaky price rise?

When I ordered my facelift SE(L) 2.0 TSI on 8th June the vehicle price was £35465.00 . OTR with my selected options £39935.00.

Now it is £36000.00 . OTR with same options £40470.00.

Fortunately I stay under the £40K List Price provided to DVLA because List Price doesn't include First Registration Fee (£55.00) and cost of first licence (£895.00). So I calculate my List Price to be £40470.00 - £950.00 = £39520.00.

Given that the List Price reported to DVLA is the manufacturers price on the day before vehicle registration, I am sure this price rise will catch a few out.

On the above info I suppose that my 3 year old factory ordered Edition has increased in proportion to an extent especially since it`s 4X4 and 5 seater.

Just posted a similar thread - ordered my replacement 2.0tdi Sportline this evening. Dealer was notified of 2.5% increase at lunchtime. I've got it at old prices and very good return in my 2018 67 plate 2.0tdi 190 Edition with 44k on it. UK configurator already has the updated prices.
