I used it with my old car. For small scratches you can't feel with your thumbnail, it works. Anything more, and you probably need to polish.

If it is swirl marks - I wouldn't worry too much

If they are scratches on clear coat Scratch X should work. Personally I've used Farecla G3 on my car before returning (PCP finance). It is hard work, need patience and time. Scratches will be removed, but you will end up with cloudy shade which will have to polish out with less abrasive paste / liquid.

Yup - They "Washed" my car after warranty repair and made couple of scratches.
I believe they didn't use a pressure washer to rid of heavy dirt before washing my car and here we are :(
