We ordered our kodiaq last August we have monthly contact with our leasing company (Nationwide) but it’s the same email every month just saying we still have your Skoda on order🤷‍♂️.
Nationwide leasing also tell me that it’s impossible for them to speak to Skoda to see what stage my order is? Has anyone else had this?
if I’m honest I never would of ordered the car if I knew I would wait a year for it. I’m seriously thinking about cancelling the order but I feel we have waited so long for the car we really want as it may only be a month away, it’s really stressing us out.
If anyone knows any new info please message. 👍🏻

we are in a similar position. We ordered a standard Kodiaq 1.5TFSI Sportline last July and have had no news on build date at all at present. I like you would never have ordered if the wait was going to be this long but you tell yourself it must be soon. ours to is a lease contract

I took a cancelled order Sportline 1.5TFSI, standard spec in January with a build week 9 (March) delivery to the dealer I am told is the end of the month so 8 weeks late but nothing like the delays quoted by folks waiting for lease cars. Maybe it’s because it’s a popular trim level on this forum but there do seem to be quite a few Sportlines being delivered around now. Problem for anyone who has waited so long is that cancellation just puts you at the back of the queue with any other manufacturer. There was a motor industry specialist on Radio 4 the other day who said he expects production delays to continue into 2024.

Apparently it's the engine delivery that's the problem now that's from a skoda dealer its a minimum 36 week b4 u start
It's ridiculous
