Oh Brilliant! Just what we need!
Did you dealer give any details regarding which chassis numbers are affected?

Mine clear as well.
Thanks very much for the link Bigboss.

All new models have problems.
When I was in my 20's I worked for a BMC dealer . When the 'MAXI' came out, the wheels were made by Dunlop as well as the tyres. We tried three sets of wheels on one car and still could not balance them properly. I seem to remember it had a squared off steering wheel, perhaps it cross pollinated with the road wheels.
My first Discovery (1989) one month after launch. everything painted black Wheel hubs, chassis etc went rusty within 3 months and there was a recall because in their millions of miles (claimed) road testing, they obviously did not open/close the rear door which of course carried a very heavy spare wheel, so the whole lot were recalled to have the door hinges reinforced with a welded on lump of metal. Really jimcrack solution.
So the Kodiaq is not alone but it does seem to have more than its fair share.
