I just took delivery of my new Quartz Grey Bear. After a demonstration of the equipment we installed the child car seats we embarked on a 250 km (155 m.) journey back home via the scenic route around the Kaimai Ranges from Tauranga to Hamilton. (The direct route is only 105 km (65 m)).
I was very impressed with the smoothness and power from the 1.4 engine. The ride was comfortable and the Bear did not feel like a SUV around the corners but handled them well. The Fuel economy was an average of 8.6 l/100km (32.8 mpg)
First impressions it's a great car and well worth the wait.

Congrats on your new Bear. I am still finding any excuse to go for long drives in mine. Makes our crappy nz roads seem quite enjoyable. Have only seen one in Tauranga and one in Hamilton in the Wild so far so still a very rare species. Enjoy :)

Got my K yesterday and i am very pleased to it. One thing is bothering me. I have choiced 'Blind spot warning, but sometimes my selection disappears after reversing? Has anybody else had similiar issues?
