Hi.
There is another thread that is basically the same.
Check if your Horn is working, i think it will not work when the Cruise control is not working,
I also sometimes see that the menu button for AirCon does not work when this happens.

*Update*

Went to dealership today.
10mins later, guy came out and said all sorted - replaced the fuse for the horn.

So far, its working (both horn and cruise control)

Let see how this goes after a couple of weeks of start/stop.

Oh - for those interested is was fuse #15 found in the engine compartment.
