Connect app (on Android) has been working fine - but this afternoon its stopped working and either says account or password invalid, or it redirects to the website. I can log into the website ok.

Anyone else have this problem? I've tried clearing the cache and re-installing.

It used to randomly pop up on my phone telling me this. Then I had issues with tethering in the car and it took a lot of fiddling around with the infotainment to fix it and I've had had the messages since. Oddly, I can't get a WLAN connection if Android Auto is running on my phone (whilst not connected with USB). Whilst it's not a massive deal (because all I have to do is close the app) it's a bit of a pain because the stupid app opens up as soon as I start the ignition.

Same problem for me today. Give it time I'm sure they'll fix it

Yes its been working fine untill today now i cant connect at all.
been trying for an hour sat in the car but still cant get it to connect

Same problem reported on other forums. Must be a general Skoda network problem.

Yeah, seems like a network issue. Popped up a few times for me until it opened a new window which logged in to the website at skoda-connect.com directly. Skoda-connect.com seems to be fine at least.

Twas same for me, app didn't work, website did. Normal service (ha ha) seems to have resumed
