That looks lovely. Black was my second choice. Went for the Quartz Grey in the end. Black is lovely when it's kept clean.

Thank you guys and you're right about the black. It will need washing and waxing constantly no doubt. I am sorry I didn't buy an addition now though just for the extra toys

Hi there, looks fab, Im awaiting delivery of same colour but a deisel SEL 15O DSG......Sadly, I was unable to add extras of rear camera and ambient lighting as car was already on route to docks when I signed order form, (needed vehicle asap). Ordered last week ETA 26TH October...cannot wait, but agree although looks fab when clean, it shall need plenty of washing...but I enjoy currently washing my Octy, wifes Fabia Monte and 2 kids cars!!!

Should the kids not be washing YOUR cars???
Presumably you are housing them and feeding them?? ;)

The black is a nightmare to keep clean. Shows up everything. I am having to wash ours every couple of weeks (will have to see how long that lasts). It does look good for the day or so afterwards though.

Hi Colin, yes we are housing and feeding them, but being girls, (sorry if that sounds sexist), washing cars doesnt interest them!! I love valeting my Octy and Corinna's Monte Fabia. This afternoon polished the Fabia with Autoglym Super Resin after washing with Autoglym Shampoo and it looks showroom condition although Jan 13 Registered.

Washing cars probably doesn't interest them but shoes and makeup probably do. Sometimes it helps kids to learn that doing something you don't really like (i.e. a job) is necessary to get the pay (or pocket money) that facilitates these things!

OK. I agree it still looks great despite the mud! A bear in its natural habitat.

Hi Chris, thank you so much for parenting advice. Indeed washing cars does not interest them, and shoes, makeup clothes etc do. However, all my 5 kids have had paperround to earn dosh.
Eldest working in top end managament recruitmant company in City of London, and owns lovely house in Worc aged 25
Second son working in Amsterdam and doing well as Graphic Designer/Creative Artist for large Dutch Advertising Co.
Eldest Daughter lives at home, yes, but has full time job and pays her way with rent
Youngest Daughter lives at home, works every day after school earning good dosh cleaning school to help run her car, and God Willing be at either Royal Holloway or Plymouth next September studying English with Creative Writing.
Youngest son, I admit is a rebel, hates school, but amazing with fixing/making things....and already offerred apprentice with Family member who runs one of largest hire companies within M25, where he has worked hard and earned dosh every half term for a year or two.
In conclusion I feel my wife, Corinna have done OK bringing kids up, and if I wish to valet ALL my kids cars when they live or visit us, I shall, as I simply love it, and they Dont take it for granted.....they earn their dosh for shoes and makeup, but thank you for your concern.
