FInally cleaned it for a picture!

Got round to cleaning the Kodi today for a few pics. After 5000 miles I'm loving just about everything, and really impressed with the 1.4 150PS turbo engine for a great mix of performance and economy. Definitely the best family car we've had after a Volvo V50, Ford SMAX, Seat Alhambra, Toyota Prius+...

Re: Load Cover Gap

My Toyota Prius+ had a similar arrangement with extra fabric to cover the part between load cover and rear seat, with clips for the rear headrest mountings....must be a Japanese thing! Shame the mounting points for the Netting aren't in every Kodiaq, and must be specified at delivery - seems strange...

Re: Load Cover Gap

Can the cargo barrier be used on a 7 seater and is it a Skoda one or generic?

I must be another 'picky one' as I've noticed the gap between seat and load cover and am also a bit disappointed that the rear tints are not as dark for privacy glass as I would have expected, but can't have everything!!

Re: SOS warning message / problem

SOS fault occurred again this morning on way to shops....car booked in with Simpsons Skoda, Preston on 4th May....see what they make of it. I can see why people are seemingly having tailgate issues....I did yesterday when it wouldn't close via the remote fob after I had stopped it opening fully by p...

Re: Velvet red or not

"But if you look at Peugeot 5008 (hopefully that isn’t a swear word on here 😀) the choice is even worse." :D I looked at the 3008 and 5008 before choosing the Kodi, and they did have a reasonable blue, similar to Petrol Blue, a pale green and then the bronze colour you see on all the adverts for the...

Re: SOS warning message / problem

Arghhhhh just happened again as I was driving and then cleared itself after a couple of minutes.
Not happy....I don't even need an SOS system, and I certainly don't want it beeping at me telling me to go to the workshop!!!!

Call to dealer coming up.

Re: Velvet red or not

Have to say I was a bit underwhelmed by the choice of Kodiaq colours, compared to what's available in Ford, Seat, VW, Mazda ranges at the moment. Went for Petrol Blue but not really the sort of bright metallic blue I was wanting at the time. Skoda have had some fantastic blues and reds in the past, ...

SOS warning message / problem

My Kodi managed to completely freak me out yesterday......driving along normally when all of a sudden the car starts talking to me, telling me there is a problem with the SOS system and I need to visit the workshop.....this was followed by a yellow warning triangle appearing on the dashboard. Totall...

Re: Door unlocking hassle

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

What a result!!! Thanks for that, thought I was going mad, but I'd completely missed that set of menus.

Cheers, normality of unlocking is restored.

Re: Door unlocking hassle

"You could grab the drivers door handle twice, should open all doors."

That doesn't work for me....grabbing the handle once/twice etc just unlocks/opens the drivers door....it has no effect on the other doors.....help!
