Re: Skoda Connect

You could try the fix I described in this thread: https://www.kodiaqforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1248 However I'm not sure that will work for your issue. If there is a 'Keep me logged in' or 'Remember me' button where you log in, makes sure that's selected. It will probably sort itself out soon ...

Front wing trim

My Kodiaq went in to the workshop today to rectify a bit of loose trim on the front wing. For those unaware, it's a well documented problem which becomes apparent when mud flaps are fitted. They got halfway through the repair before realising they didn't have the "special adhesive" and aborted the r...

Re: Just Got Mine!

Just need to improve those parking skills. Haha joking. Not in the UK matey. It's an unspoken rule that SUV owners can park where and how they want. It's the only reason I bought one. ;) Stunning car... and the first I've seen on here with running boards. Very nice. I was also worried I had chosen ...

Re: Throttle tuning

I wish I had known about these years ago. For me, it is having to abort pulling out of a junction that I find unsafe and irritating. I also have a 1.4TSI so will be following this thread with intrigue.

Re: Skoda Connect app not working

Yep, had the same problem on mine (Android) today.

Within the app, log out and exit.
Find your phones application manager, find the Skoda Connect app and clear the data/cache.
Log in again.

That worked for me

Cheers

Re: Polished Triglav Alloys

Hi Lemmo I have had black gloss/diamond cut done on my Triglavs. The Skoda dealer arranged it for me with Platinum alloys in Swindon at £80 + VAT per wheel. A lot better than the £1k to buy a set of them. I'll post some pics when I get the chance. They do look awesome when clean. But motorway drivin...

Re: What to look out for on collection

If you have a Solutions PCP in the UK then you're fine to do that. There are some fees to pay it off early but still better than paying interest for the full term

Re: Skoda Connect - Am I missing something here?

When I first set it up I had the same problem. After a few hours I was able to connect via the app. Maybe it takes a while for the systems to link up. Takes a good minute to transmit commands/receive data though.

Re: 3 cylinders

My 2015 Pug 108 is a 3-cyl 1.0. Sounds awesome but doesn't have the power to match. The idle is a bit lumpy but in drive it is same as any other. I was surprised to read the Pug 5008 (supposed Kodiaq rival) has the 1.2 129bhp 3-cyl lump. Trying too hard to undercut other SUV's on cost, at the expens...
