Re: Skoda fixed price service plans

£648 for the 3 years Considering to keep the car, so what do you owners think? I assume you're talking about buying a new car and that £648 isn't for the next three services on your existing car? That's a crap price. That £648 would have to cover 2 minor and 1 major service. Or 3 oil changes + insp...

Re: Help Needed - Headrest question!

Not sure this helps:

Part number that I have seen quoted is 565 885 901 G EPP but not sure if that is the sleep pack option.

Re: 2018 Sportline 2.0TSI

Over the years manufacturers seem to have changed how the structure the range of cars they offered. Historically I am sure you started with a base model and then each one in the range added extras to that below it. In the last few years this has become muddier, the Kodiaq started as an SE as the bas...

Re: New VRS

$1,460 for the alloy, then add the tyre. :D  :D  :D  Your dealer is having a laugh. $1,460 for a wheel? That’s approximately £821 GBP for an alloy. U.K. dealer price is £362 and European supply €379 so it doesn’t sound like a great deal, I would seriously question the price.

Re: Skoda connect in Infotainment

I wonder if their is a difference in reliability in the app between Android/Apple? I'm on a Sony Android phone and works fine. Compatibility with every device is always going to be an issue but I'm sure the iCar will be out soon! Just be warned once you've bought in they never let you leave. 😜 (for...

Re: Skoda connect in Infotainment

Very strange I’ve updated mine after reading this thread and it works as it should It’s a new app but with the same name as the old one, just to confuse us. Mines on an iPad and what I noticed is the update created a new app but left the old one behind. Not sure what it does on android devices.

Re: Skoda connect in Infotainment

Suddenly the "My Skoda" app, (ex Skoda Connect), has refused to connect telling me that I'm in "Offline Mode". It also tells me to use the "Infoline" to resolve the problem. Where and what the H**L is the "Infoline"? How do I get out of "Offline Mode"? Nothing in "Settings" to help. 🤔🤔🤔 It’s relate...

Re: Music on usb stick not working

I'm categorically not an expert, but I did find that the majority of my music that was ripped originally direct from CDs using an Apple Mac and therefore in AAC, wasn't recognised by my Kodiaq from the SD card. I ended up converting everything to MP3 (accepting that this led to a loss of quality) a...

Re: Warped brake discs

Speak to a Customer service MANAGER at Skoda U.K and be very firm but polite and keep on at them until they give in which they often do, when they realise you won't let it drop. In extremis a large hint that you may take it to the motoring press/BBC/ newspapers, if they don't play ball might get so...
