Same here, we specifically bought a 5 seater version for towing a touring caravan and it is very good at it imho.
Same here .. may be keeping mine a few years longer than originally anticipated.

Re: Skoda Connect

I have been using a Data Only Sim from 3 that provides 12 gb and lasts up to 12 months and at equivalent of £2.34 pm is a bargain. Both mine & Mrs' phones just pick up the cars wi-fi instead of using phones data. We used the Connect services for the first free 12 months but have not subscribed consi...

Re: sos

I've had the same for the last 6 months.. I've held off going to the dealer until it's first service which is now booked for tomorrow. They have arranged a courtesy car for me for 2 days .. hopefully it will get fixed in that time. Mine has been in today and problem fixed. There was a recall flagge...

Is it just me, or are others experiencing these?
No ... ditched Skoda Connect when it ceased to be free. The subscriptions cost more than my and SWMBO's mobile costs put together.

Don't miss it at all.

Re: Real MPG!?

There seems to be a wide range of outcomes reported here, there are no certainties it would seem, and the results presumably reflect the differing driving circumstances of the owners. .... my current long term mileage is 42.3 mpg and on some long runs down to Coventry and back it has happily cleare...

If the light is green, it should be working. What does the maxidot message say?
The warning triangle is for any fault, not just the SOS.
"SOS Emergency Call Restricted" and 'SOS Fault' next to the warning triangle.

Re: Anyone else have a broken Emergency Call System?

I agree with recent comment about how distracting this fault is....it booms out of the speakers far louder than the radio and always startles me. Skoda need to pull their finger out with this one before someone stoves their car in to the back of something whilst distracted.....if I could disable the...

Just so you're aware they dropped the prices by 50% in September...
