Re: Offloaded the kodiaq

Yes I got the cupra 300 manual, but I had to get a 6 month old one because I won't drive an automatic and even they have stopped selling manuals now.

No doubt about it, I agree the skoda interior build quality is better.

Re: Offloaded the kodiaq

I had a few issues with it which were disappointing given that all my precious skodas were bulletproof. Had various software problems. Auto boot opening is hateful as it's so slow. Rear seat release didn't work properly. Engine was noisy. Mpg was extremely poor (in all my previous skodas I have achi...

Offloaded the kodiaq

To be fair, I knew the car wasn't for me the second I drove it off the forecourt, and it's my fault for only buying one because an Octavia VRS wasn't available. But after 2 long years I've sold the kodiaq. I've criticised it a fair bit on here, and I've just bought a Seat Leon, so it's only fair to ...

Re: VCDS and upgrades for Kodiaq MY19

Nobody's condoning the use of illegal software, but perhaps someone who's in the know, can point the user of where to buy the correct software and how to use it.

Re: VCDS and upgrades for Kodiaq MY19

I'm answering this even though I don't know the answer, just our of politeness because nobody has. Firstly, your English is excellent and dramatically better than most English people bother to write on an internet forum. Secondly, I assume that the poster above is referring to the fact that VCDS may...

Re: insurance? what do you pay?

Direct line never used to insure you if you were leasing. Might be different now. I'm pretty sure they do now otherwise theyd be doing themselves out of half the market! Give it a couple more years and 2nd hand values are going to crash through the floor when all the vehicles being hired on credit ...

Re: MY VERY FIRST CAR

Might as well put my list here for a laugh, but I'm younger than the average Kodiaq owner so it won't take long G Reg Fiat Uno 45 - still probably the fastest accelerating car I've ever owned on account of the low weight but top speed of 69mph owing to only having 4 years R Fiat Punto 52 Punto V Fia...

Re: Wireless phone charger

Some Kodiaq have it built in (possibly edition does?). My SEL didn't. I used the solution as per scratch's reply above. £10 wireless charger works absolutely fine (note - plug into the lighter socket not the USB - it charges faster) Can't remember the make of my one (if tou searh the forum you might...

Re: Infotainment in cars !!!

Haha well I actually passed in 2003 and my first car was a 1990 Fiat Uno which I loved, but apart from the tape player (with mono output) you're right it did not have any of those features!
