Time to say goodbye...

After almost 1.5 years, it's time to start to say goodbye to our current Kodiaq... To upgrade to an RS. The K is for sale now and will be placing an order for a Brilliant Silver RS (someone gave a definite NO to blue!) with sunroof and towbar. Will be swapping the wheels for the Sportline Vega rims ...

Re: Retrofit 3rd row of seats?

Not worth the bother imo. The costs you'd be charged for the parts will probably exceed the cost of just getting a 7 seater in the first place, and more importantly, your insurer may not insure you because of the modification.

Re: Extra button in Kodiaq's board

Not really any options I’m afraid. You probably could swap the rear view mirror for an American Golf one with Homelink, but I think your garage has to be Homelink compatible:

Definitely hasn’t been tried and tested on the Kodiaq.

Re: Dealer fitted front parking sensors

There is no way that they installed an OEM kit. The parking sensors are in the lower grille plastics, but shouldn't be painted. If they couldn't code it, then there's likely no way to code it yourself via VCDS

Re: ACC behavior when car in front changes lanes

It should only do the ACC tracking to cars that are on your left (or right for RHD). If you have VCDS you can turn it off.

You can also turn Air Care on permanently but can't remember how to. Skoda UK told me that can`t be done.
Done via VCDS.
