Re: Black Friday - Service Plan Offer UK

Purchased - that's pretty cheap for my next 2 services! Even the monthly payments work out at 0% over 24 months, so as I'll be keeping my car at least that long, I've gone for spreading the cost.

Bit of a no-brainer really...

Thanks to H2UBS for the tip!

She looks amazing I definitely made the right choice. does anybody know how dark my tint will be on the rear?
Not very, but enough to be noticeable. Hard to tell from photos though, you need to see it in the flesh (as it were...)

Re: New member new kodiaq

The personalised key should also alter the position of the mirrors for you as well (obviously not rear view mirror as that's manually adjusted...) Here's some pictures of my Meteor Grey Sportline, first two when I first saw it unregistered in the showroom and then a week later just after I'd got it ...

Re: Towbar affects Virtual Pedal?

Anyone with a towbar know if it affects operation of 'virtual pedal'? Ta Hmm, I haven't tried the virtual pedal, but I have found that when I have my trailer attached, if you pull the switch in the driver's door to open the tailgate, then it doesn't open, it only releases the catch but stays lowere...

Re: Can you help me choose a new car

Foxtrotalpha is probably correct i bought my car used and it was already on there, i thought it was standard but maybe not. In any case it's well worth getting for the small additional cost. Quite right, one of the cheaper options and if more than one driver uses the car regularly then it's a no-br...

Re: Can you help me choose a new car

Be sure to test drive the 1.5TSI to check whether or not it suffers from the kangarooing that some of these engines have displayed. As for power, I drive a 1.4TSI 2WD and it's plenty enough powerful for an old fart who drives for comfort, not for speed and acceleration. Was that the manual version ...

Re: Can you help me choose a new car

Not 100% sure, but think that on the second car, the leather seats, blind spot/lane assist and memory seats were all standard on the Edition model, as was metallic paint, so the only optional extra from what you've listed is the pano roof. For my money, I'd go for the SE-L which then has 2 years of ...

Re: Black Friday - Service Plan Offer UK

Looks like a good deal as I've just used the second service that came with the service plan I paid for when I bought my car back in Jan '19. Can't see anywhere on the page that the offer doesn't start until 23 Nov, it just seems to show that it's available now until 2 Dec, however when I then try to...

Re: New Kodiaq on order, what extras?

I didn't choose the options on my car as I bought an unregistered car from stock back in January 2019, however things I've got that I wouldn't bother with: 1. Traffic Sign Recognition - it's rubbish and often tells you the incorrect speed limit as it sees road signs on side roads. I've even seen it ...
