Plenty of pictures of it on their website now.....
Yep, they avoided picturing the drivers side, which is a different shade of white 🤣
Yep, something just doesn't look right with the driver's door...

Re: GREEN!

I quite like NigelE's Edition, I'm just not totally sold on the black Triglav wheels with it, think I'd have stuck to the standard ones... Then again, I do have experience of how difficult it can be to shift a green car - my wife used to have a Mk1 Mercedes SLK in "Designo Electric Green", which was...

Re: USB Ports on the dash

If it's purely for a dashcam, then the best bet would be to go for one that comes with a hard-wire kit. Sorry to intrude in your post. People should beware that many hardwire kits connect into the fuse panel which is of course 12Volt. Most dashcams are FIVE volt. 12 into 5 does not make for a happy...

Re: MY20 Kodiaq RS at IAA Frankfurt

I'm still not totally sold on the Š K O D A badge on the tailgate though - looks a bit too much like they're following the crowd with what Ford have done with the F O C U S.

All in the eye of the beholder though...

Re: MY20 Kodiaq RS at IAA Frankfurt

I'd agree that the Ignite rims look way better than the Extreme ones which have thus far been the only choice on the RS in the UK. I also like that it gives the car a more "planted" stance by having 255 section tyres as opposed to the 235 ones on the Extreme. I was surprised that other than overall ...

Re: USB Ports on the dash

Sorry, I can't answer your question about fitting USB ports to the top of the dash (not sure why you'd need to?), however... If it's purely for a dashcam, then the best bet would be to go for one that comes with a hard-wire kit. Sorry to intrude in your post. People should beware that many hardwire ...

Re: SEL supplied without front parking sensors

What is new about KESSY on the 20MY? Steve The key now has a motion sensor in it which means it stops transmitting if you put it down and it stops moving for a period of time - can't remember how long it needs to be stationary for, but have read it on here somewhere. It's designed to counter the th...

Re: 2019 Quartz Grey Kodiaq Sportline 2.0 Tdi 190 DSG Inbound

Looks really nice and an excellent spec! Quartz Grey was my first colour choice, but I ended up just buying the car that was sitting unregistered in the dealer's showroom when I went to test drive a quartz grey Sportline demonstrator, so mine is Meteor Grey, but it's really grown on me. It hides the...

Autoglym Lifeshine - 7 months on

I've always been rather sceptical of paint protection products offered by dealers, especially as they're so expensive (normally circa £400). I agreed to having Autoglym Lifeshine applied to my car when I was collecting it as the discount was so good (effectively free to close the deal), and it saved...

Re: How to download map updates via phone

Old Man & FA, thanks for the replies - I finally worked it out using the personal hotspot on my phone then connect through the car’s WLAN setting in the menu system. I think this was something set up when the dealer handed the car over in January, but it seems the car won’t allow a Wi-fi data conne...
