Re: Pitting on chrome bits after hand/carwash

Looking at the various posts it appears the driver and passenger door lower trims are the most frequently affected.... seems a bit odd to me. With regard to this comment, many car components are not made in house but are outsourced to other companies. Baring that in mind, I don't suppose it's beyon...

Re: Towing Caravan.

There's at least one person here that tows with a 2.0 tsi. I have a 2.0tsi as well with which I will tow my caravan for the first time next month. I don't envisage any problems with it in regard to power, but I do expect the mpg figures to be really low as they're not brilliant in normal usage. I do...

Horse, door, bolted and all that, but you might want to get one of these, or similar, for the future. I use them when canoeing for phone and car keys.

Re: insurance? what do you pay?

Many thanks for that info. I didn't know about Ensurance, so I've now signed up. It might be that the sales person mentioned it when...

Re: insurance? what do you pay?

Just been quoted £199 for fully comp with legal cover, courtesy car, ZERO excess, SWMBO and self to drive, 10 years NCB, protected NCB. Used Money Supermarket comparison site and cheapest quote was with Quotemehappy. I've been with them in the past and was very happy with their service. Have you at...

Re: Winter wheels off

I could be accused of being just slightly biased here as I have the same model and colour, but I do think that white suits the Kodiaq. I bought mine off the shelf, so didn't get a choice of colour, but I haven't yet seen another colour on the road or in a dealership that's made me think I'd prefer i...
