Re: Mud Flap Fitting Guide.

I've just finished fitting my front and rear set of mudflaps and I have to say that all went very easily, quickly and well. :D Skoda have, it seems, redesigned the fronts and no cutting or hacking is now needed, though you still need to drill a hole (your choice whether to use the plug provided or a...

Re: My19 2.0 tsi user experiences?

No criticism's thus far with 300 miles on the clock! All working beautifully and smoothly. My previous car was a 2014 Jaguar XF Sportbrake 3.0 S Diesel with an 8 speed auto box and the Kodiaq is fine in comparison.

Re: RECOMMENDED EFFORT FREE POLISH

I use 'Wax it Wet', wash car, spray lightly when still wet and a quick (artificial) leather off! Simple and effective so encourages regular cleaning. My 'old' cars usually sell within a few hours for a good price as people say they're immaculate so it must be working.

Re: My19 2.0 tsi user experiences?

I too collected my 2.0 TSi DSG on Friday 1st and I'll report back after a few weeks. I've had automatics for several years so I'm used to them. So far (45 miles) it feels just fine!

Re: Who’s got a car on order?

That's interesting numanoids, I have a similar situation regarding the finance as mine was originally started on 27th March 2018 when I ordered. Dealer has been stalling for nearly a week now and I'm scheduled to collect on Friday at 14:00!

Received my (19) registration number today from my dealer who also confirmed a 14:00 collection/handover on Friday 1st March. It's really actually happening after 49 weeks!😵👏😍

Re: 2.0 TSI ORDERS!

Goodness, it's actually happening. The dealer sent me a screen shot to show that my Kodiaq was now at Terminal 1 (Emden?) awaiting shipment to Sheerness. Looking forward to March 1st!

Re: 2.0 TSI ORDERS!

Diesel has to some extent been demonised by the repetition in the press (and politically) of figures relating to older power units. The latest models are much, much cleaner but still not equal or better than similar petrol in terms of Nox. The CO2 figures however.........🤔

Re: 1.5TSI Problem

Fortunately, it sounds not too serious and also fixable. If it were internal component failure of some sort I'd have been really worried if I owned one.

Re: 2.0 TSI ORDERS!

Only 'if' because it's not yet in my possession. Dealer confirmed build week 04 (this week!) just over a week ago and expected to receive the car mid Feb for a March delivery.
