Re: FInally cleaned it for a picture!

Re: Thinking of buying exactly the same colour combo. How have you found the beige interior for showing dirt / wear etc? I'm finding the beige wears very well after almost a year with it. Front seats have some signs of wear and probably need a clean, but nothing too obvious. No problems at all with ...

Re: Anyone else have a broken Emergency Call System?

After having the SOS fault for several months off & on, it got to a point where it was alerting on every journey and then the warning triangle stayed on permanently, with a red light on the SOS button itself. Took Kodi to Simpsons Skoda in Preston, where they kept it for a week, and seem to have res...

Re: Here I come guys!

Enjoy when it arrives!!! Kodiaq is definitely the best family car I have had....I've been through a number of 7 seaters over the past few years....Ford Smax, Seat Alhambra, Toyota Prius Plus, as well as a Kuga and a number of Volvos. In driving and general enjoyment there is nothing I dislike about ...

Re: Anyone else have a broken Emergency Call System?

RE: wow @sparkymark. 18k miles or 2 years before first service?? I didn't get a service book my my new car. Dealers say they don't do them anymore so am unaware of when it's meant to go in. I rarely keep a car that long. [/i] Ended up not taking the car in due to work & stuff, so will have to wait ...

Re: Partition net

Seems strange that the fixing points aren't a standard build feature. I didn't order the partition net, thinking I would probably get one later, but now I can't as there is nothing to fit it to!!

Re: Anyone else have a broken Emergency Call System?

Car booked in to Simpsons of Preston on 19th Nov to have this annoying SOS fault and the disappearing DAB presets looked into. Was going to leave until first service as I am approaching 12,000miles but lease company say first service is 18,000 or 2 years......so in it goes just for these two annoyin...

Re: Anyone else have a broken Emergency Call System?

Got exactly the same annoying SOS fault and would disable the stupid thing if I could.
Will get dealer to look at it during the first service which is coming up shortly - sometimes more tech just causes more problems!

Re: Start/stop Bullsh*it?

Had CVT recently on a Toyota Prius+ 7 seater, and hated it (car was good just the Auto box was terrible) ....slow, noisy and terrible acceleration if it wasn't in 'sport' mode....even then it struggled up hills in Devon!! Must admit I'm going off the stop/start system too, as it always turns itself ...

Re: Chrome window trims

Visited many hand car washes over the years, and the traffic film spray used to be confined to the wheels, before the car was hand washed, Recently, they seem to have started to spray it everywhere, which around me is due to lots of car washes springing up with new people quite clearly untrained in ...

Re: Electric folding wing mirrors

Yes, my SEL also has power folding mirrors as standard......and given the number of damaged wing mirrors I see around the streets it's a good job it has!!
