Re: Isofix 3rd row

The above seat is illegal in the UK. Must be high backed booster. Forget which age / size you’re allowed to use “normal” booster from now though I know it’s pretty old 10/11ish IIRC

Sportlines are about £30-31k if you go via Carwow.
Yep, add in the £1k fuel card back when we ordered and a bit of negotiating.

Cheaper, more choice if engines, bodywork and interior is almost identical, wheels are much better.

Re: Hi from West Midlands

I’d leave the park assist and virtual pedal, both a waste of money in my opinion. If you’ve got kids the child pack is useful. Rear built in blinds and electronic child locks are useful, especially if use the back for kids and adults. If you regularly swop drivers the drive mode select option is goo...

Re: Occasional failure to start

There was a bad batch of batteries about in the early days. I forget the detail. Do a forum search, sure it’ll turn up. Should be replaced under warranty, no quibbles.

Hey

I'm in UK, I didn't realise we had Blind Spot detection as standard - thanks for the heads up
Only standard on Edition models. It’s an option on a SEL, which you have going by your sig.

Re: Sat Nav

Apple car play / android auto are your friends. Both can do google maps / waze etc. Voice command is better when in use too.

Re: Urgent Help

I’d want more than a crap wash and wax (which is all they’ll do) for such a balls up. I’d want something that I would either actually use or was worth having like fuel, mats, some dealer fit accessories (dash cam / mud guards etc). There’s a reason they throw paint treatment around as compensation a...

Re: Mmm...dodgy voice recognition?

Built in voice recognition is abysmal.

With apple car play it uses Siri, which is awesome. I regularly dictate text messages etc and Siri rarely gets it wrong. The built in usually doesn’t recognise “navigate home”.
