Can anyone tell me how much the running boards eat into ground clearance?
I can measure it for you tomorrow but to be honest after 9 months I have not noticed any issues. My Boxster bottoms out on the speedbump out side my house the Kodiaq eats it for breakfast.

Re: Clean black Sportline

Hi - haven't been on here for a while, but after 10 months of ownership I love the car. Done 8k miles now and the engine has loosened up, I don't miss my X5 3.0D at all, the Kodiaq is bigger inside, is easier to live with with two kids and now a dog. The alcantara even cleans up well after my two ye...

Re: Clean black Sportline

Great news Andrew - I have to say after 2000 miles I’m still very impressed! And a lot of people come up and ask what it is!

Re: Clean black Sportline

The more I see the Sportline exterior, the more I want one! Sadly I got put off by the seat options in the Sportline as black leather wasn’t an option, only Alcantara and I thought I would ruin that too easily as I’ll possibly be wearing muddy fishing gear at times. The Sportline looks superb in my...

Re: Clean black Sportline

Wow, what a fantastic-looking car! Craig, would you mind if I asked you a couple of questions, please? 1. Is the ride overly-firm on those wheels? I think it was Auto Express who weren’t particularly enthusiastic about the Sportline when comparing it with the standard models. 2. Did you test-drive ...

Clean black Sportline

Really loving this car, although had to disable the virtual pedal as it was too sensitive when emptying the boot - cue door and head collision! 2.0TSI is great, quiet and punchy enough. There’s loads of space and it feels really well bolted together.

Re: Sportline 2.0 TSI

Love it although haven’t driven it much due to business travel. It’s refine, quick and only growls when you floor it. I’ve come from a 3.0 diesel X5 and I’m not disappointed at all. It’s a bit juicy but that will settle down with time.

Re: Sportline 2.0 TSI

Seats are great aimlisted

Alexsheen - They are the side steps - I think they make a big difference to finishing the side off and it matches the strip along the back.
