A little update...did the sound proof insulation for doors...hood...boot floor and wheel arcs...
This was a good investment and they did a trick with door handles and voila no more creaking door handles👍
Shouldn't this be covered by warrantee?

Re: Diamondbrite treatment

Got my dealer to put diamondbrite on it for free otherwise they wanted almost £400! They didn't apply the protection properly so I got them to redo it! Going to wash it today with the diamondbrite shampoo and conserve. The water definitely glides off the paintwork, almost self cleans when it rains l...

I’m getting between 38 and 48 depending on terrain. I live in the Yorkshire Dales which often necessitates Sport mode or even manual on the DSG box. It’s a 2WD 1.4tsi.
But what a place to drive in!!

Re: Anybody better this?

I use ACC all the time which I reckon is SUBSTANTIALLY less efficient than how I tend to drive (rolling up to junctions, using gradients etc)?

Re: Anybody better this?

Okay engine is starting to loosen a bit. Currently done 1100 miles, travelled for 43hours, av speed 25mph, av consumption = 35.8mpg. That is a mixture or motorway/around town (but mostly around towns) with a emphasis on outside land driving ;) Today, I drove around North Yorkshire!! Anyone who knows...

Re: Free Fuel Offer

I had two mention it repeatedly to my dealer on the day I took possession of the car. Anyway he gave me a slip of paper with details on how to claim it and said to give it two or three days before applying. I duly waited and then applied and received the card within 2 weeks, working fine now. Only i...

Just saw this on another forum. Free 200mb monthly data from 3. Should be enough to run the basic nav stuff and traffic. No point in paying for a separate one!

Door handles creaking

So, the door handles creaking/squeaking when touched are a bit annoying on a car £31000 OTR price, took it to the dealership and they showed me how they squeak on all Kodiaqs they have, and they don't squeak on other models! So do I live with it or pursue further? Has anyone else had this issue and ...
