Re: 'E' gearbox mode resets to 'D' on restart

Hi bother I seem to remember having to select another option before going back to Eco, so I thought I would create an option. However, since writing my original post I have experimented further on my long commutes and have found that I only loose two mile to the gallon if I stay on normal setting. T...

Re: 'E' gearbox mode resets to 'D' on restart

Hi, Not read this thread for a while, so apologies if this has already been mentioned. I use ECO all the time as I'm on the motorway a lot and what I have done to limit some faf is to set up the INDV setting to mimic ECO so I just switch between the two on start up. Not the greatest solution but one...

Re: Rear window wiper working on its own

Mine doesn't screech and I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed this feature, it hasn't proved annoying to me....yet and I have covered 20k miles in the last six months

Re: Faults requiring warranty claim. PUT HERE>

My car is going in on Tuesday. Boot lid not closing fully, the latch catches at the first stage only on shutting and doesn't complete the final tightening. Took it to my local garage and was advised that this has been heard of, if I want a loaner car I have to wait till June, I could book it in as a...

Re: Two minors problems.

UPDATE - I have tried Hugh's suggestion and confirm it works perfectly now, I made approximately a 3 - 5mm turn, lightly and now the washer rehouses as it should.....happy with that, thanks Hugh

Re: Real MPG!?

My normal commute is 108 miles each way and sticking to speed limits I achieve 52mpg in eco mode and 49.5mpg in normal. Using a light right foot, fan heating only (no AC) and cruise control when on motorway/A road.

Around town short runs happy if I break in to the 40's
